Senior Operations Manager
Studio B is leveling up and we need an operational co-pilot. Born from our rapid growth, this brand-new role is for someone ready to take the wheel of a fast-moving machine.
Location: StudioB, Mill Hill, North West London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
This is a full-time, studio-based role (5 days per week). We value face-to-face collaboration and believe it's where our best ideas come to life. While there may occasionally be circumstances where flexibility is appropriate, this is determined by the needs of the role and the business. As such, this isn't a hybrid role, and regular home working shouldn't be expected.
The Opportunity

You'll be trusted to own your area, be proactive, make decisions, solve problems and continuously improve how StudioB operates. We're looking for someone who sees opportunities, spots issues before they become problems and takes action without needing to be asked.

About StudioB
Studio B is an independent Creative Studio building worlds and systems for leading brands. Forged in the heart of the creator economy.
Founded by Brandon Baum, one of Europe's most-watched creators, with 28 million followers and 18 billion views, Studio B wasn't built to observe the creator economy. We were built by it. We exist because audiences moved to creators, to native entertainment formats, to platforms that compound attention rather than rent it.
