Junior Creative Director
About Studio B
Studio B is a fast-growing, social-first creative studio specialising in VFX-led content for the biggest brands and entertainment partners. We move fast, care about craft, and make work that people actually want to watch.
The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Creative Director to support our Creative Director across concepting, creative development, and execution - turning briefs into standout social ideas and helping shape them all the way through production and post.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s ideas-first, platform-smart, and excited to grow into leading campaigns and teams over time.
What you’ll be doing
Support creative leadership on projects from initial brief through to final delivery
Contribute and develop concepts for social content (reactive, campaign, always-on, series formats, etc.)
Write, edit and/or refine treatments, scripts, decks and pitches with clear creative logic and craft
Create moodboards and research references for each project, where needed
Translate strategy into creative: hook, insight, format, narrative, execution
Collaborate daily with Producers, Directors, Editors, VFX, Design and Talent to bring the best ideas to life
Maintain quality and consistency across outputs, ensuring work aligns with Studio B’s tone and standards
Contribute to brand world-building (visual language, tone of voice, recurring formats, show identities)
Assist internal creative reviews: pull references, feedback edits, and push work forward constructively
Stay ahead of trends in creators, platforms, culture, and emerging tools — and share what matters
Support on-set and post where needed
Once comfortable in the role, shadow-directing and then eventually directing some of our shoots!
What we’re looking for
2–5 years’ experience in a creative role (agency, production, creator-led studio, social team, etc.)
A strong portfolio showing social-first ideas, campaigns, scripts, decks, or content you’ve helped shape
Great instincts for hooks, pacing, humour, storytelling, and what performs on different platforms
Comfortable presenting ideas internally (and keen to build confidence presenting externally over time)
Experience with editing (Premiere, DaVinci, etc.) for the purpose of putting together slapcomps and rough cuts
Collaborative, ego-light, and able to take feedback and iterate quickly
Organised enough to juggle multiple projects without dropping the details
Strong writing skills (treatments, scripts, pitch decks, creative rationale)
Understanding of production realities - what’s achievable within the constraints, what’s worth spending on, and what sells the idea
Nice to have
Experience working with VFX-led work or post-heavy pipelines
Creator/content experience (you’ve made content yourself, or worked closely with talent)
Knowledge of paid social considerations (thumb-stopping, retention, cutdowns, versions)
Familiarity with tools like Keynote/Google Slides/PowerPoint, Frame.io, and creative AI tools
What success looks like in the first 3 months
You’re consistently contributing strong concepts and references that elevate projects
You’re helping the team with great research and relevant reference materials for each project
You can take a brief and produce a solid first pass treatment/deck with minimal direction
You’re a trusted creative partner to Production and Post - helping work move faster, not slower
Studio B culture
We’re ambitious, fast-moving, and deeply collaborative. We want someone who’s excited by the pace, cares about the work, and wants to grow with a team that’s building something.

About StudioB
Studio B is an independent Creative Studio building worlds and systems for leading brands. Forged in the heart of the creator economy.
Founded by Brandon Baum, one of Europe's most-watched creators, with 28 million followers and 18 billion views, Studio B wasn't built to observe the creator economy. We were built by it. We exist because audiences moved to creators, to native entertainment formats, to platforms that compound attention rather than rent it.
