Production Accountant
This is a great opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified person who wants more than a traditional finance seat.
Production Accountant
Location: StudioB, Mill Hill, North West London
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Working Pattern: This is primarily a studio-based role. We value face-to-face collaboration and expect people to be present when projects and the team need them, while maintaining a flexible, trust-based approach when working from home makes sense.
About the Role
StudioB Production is growing, and this role has been created as part of that growth.
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Production Accountant to join the team and become an embedded part of how the business operates day-to-day.
StudioB is a world-class creative agency and production studio on a creative charge. Our Production Accountant plays a crucial role in bringing structure, precision and commercial insight to our productions, ensuring teams can focus on creating exceptional work while maintaining strong financial control.
This is far more than a traditional finance role.
You'll work closely with Producers, the Head of Production, the Head of Agency and Leadership Team, becoming a trusted commercial partner across the business. You'll support projects from pitch stage through to delivery, helping ensure budgets remain commercially sound, productions stay financially on track and margins are protected.
StudioB is a fast-paced, high-growth environment where multiple productions, clients and priorities run simultaneously. Success in this role requires someone who enjoys juggling competing deadlines, switching between projects and maintaining exceptional attention to detail while keeping teams informed and financially aligned.
You'll be the only full-time finance person in the studio, making you the first point of contact for finance across the business. You'll work closely with our fractional finance partners who provide senior financial oversight and strategic guidance.
We're looking for someone who genuinely connects with what we're building and is excited by the opportunity to grow with us long-term. We see this as a role for someone looking to develop into a Senior Production Accountant position within the next 1–2 years and play a meaningful role in shaping the future finance function at StudioB.

About StudioB
Studio B is an independent Creative Studio building worlds and systems for leading brands. Forged in the heart of the creator economy.
Founded by Brandon Baum, one of Europe's most-watched creators, with 28 million followers and 18 billion views, Studio B wasn't built to observe the creator economy. We were built by it. We exist because audiences moved to creators, to native entertainment formats, to platforms that compound attention rather than rent it.
