Production Assistant
‘Studio B’ are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team full-time in London!
Studio B is a fast-growing creative production company with a global audience of 20 million+ followers. We create exciting digital content for the biggest brands and are looking for a passionate Production Assistant to join our team. If you’re eager to work in a collaborative, vibrant environment and love social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, this is the role for you!
For this role, you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle in order to complete errands outside of the office. Previous production/on-set experience is desired.
What You'll Be Doing:
Shoot Prep: Assisting with any and all shoot prep required both in the studio and on-location
Communicating: Liaising with Assistant Producers, Producers and Art Department, alongside delegating to Runners. You will ensure a smooth workflow and make sure everyone has everything they need from pre to post production!
Set Extraordinaire: Assisting with sets and props where required.
Production: Support with production documents e.g. call sheets, mood boards, invoices, shoot schedules, online trackers etc
Pitching: Assist in creation of pitch decks, including writing up brainstorm minutes/ideas, researching and analysing content, and designing decks.
Team Player: Running errands and completing deliveries/collections out of the office
Organisation: Helping to keep the studio, wardrobe and props clean and organised.
Detail-Obsessed: Supporting in keeping track of spending and expenses.

Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience as a Runner/Production Assistant/set experience is essential.
Education: A degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Software: Proficient in Microsoft and Google suites. Experience using a CRM, e.g. Monday.com is a plus but not essential.
Skills: Flawless communication and interpersonal skills, project management, and problem-solving skills, reliable, works well under pressure.
Drive: Possess a valid driver's license and have daily access to a reliable vehicle.
