StudioB are looking for an inspiring Performance Coach to join the team on a part-time (3 days per week) basis in London! 🔥🚀

We’re looking for a high performance coach who will work with individuals and teams to identify and maximise their potential by setting clear goals, providing strategic guidance, encouraging accountability, and facilitating personal and professional development.
Our ideal candidate will have focused on achieving peak performance in their chosen field, whether it be athletics, business, or other areas requiring high levels of achievement. Bringing with them expertise in utilising coaching techniques to foster self-awareness, build resilience, and develop effective strategies to overcome challenges.
* Please note: this role is 3 days per week part-time only
What You’ll Do:
- Goal setting: Collaborating with teams and individuals to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals aligned with their aspirations.
- Performance analysis: Assessing current performance levels, identifying strengths and areas for improvement through feedback and observation.
- Action plan development: Creating detailed plans outlining steps, strategies, and timelines to achieve set goals.
- Motivational coaching: Providing encouragement, positive reinforcement, and accountability to keep teams/individuals focused and motivated throughout the coaching process.
- Mindset development: Guiding teams/individuals to cultivate a growth mindset, resilience, and positive self-belief.
- Skill development: Identifying and addressing specific skill gaps through targeted training and practice exercises.
- Feedback provision: Offering constructive feedback to help teams/individuals understand their performance and make necessary adjustments
- Progress tracking: Regularly monitoring progress towards goals and adapting coaching strategies as needed.
Who You Are:
- Active listening: Effectively listening to teams/individuals needs, concerns, and perspectives
- Empathy: Understanding and connecting with teams/individuals on an emotional level
- Communication skills: Clearly articulating ideas, providing feedback, and asking powerful questions
- Strategic thinking: Helping teams/individuals develop effective strategies to achieve their goals
- Adaptability: Tailoring coaching approaches to individual client needs
- Positive psychology: Applying positive psychology principles to foster motivation and resilience
Requirements:
- Coaching certification from a recognised organisation
- Relevant experience in the field (e.g., sports, business, personal development)
- Strong understanding of human behaviour and performance psychology
- Ability to build rapport and trust with previous clients
