Studio B is seeking an experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team full-time in London! 🔥🚀

Studio B is a fast-growing creative production company with an audience of 21 million+ followers. We produce exciting new content every week. We’re looking for an HR & Recruitment Manager with experience in the production, film, or TV industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting company growth, preferably in a creative or media-related setting.
This is a full-time, office based role with no hybrid options.

We want someone who loves the social media space (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and thrives in a buzzy, vibrant team. At Studio B, collaboration is key, and we’d love to have a like-minded individual who enjoys brainstorming and idea creation join us.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Act as the primary recruiter for Studio B, managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection.
- Identify hiring needs and create tailored job descriptions.
- Source, interview, and select top talent, ensuring cultural fit and skill alignment.
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates through networking, industry contacts, and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs and growth projections.
- Develop and execute onboarding programs for smooth transitions.
Employee Relations
- Proactively address conflicts and foster a positive workplace environment.
- Facilitate mediation and support initiatives as needed.
Work Hours & Wellbeing
- Monitor working hours to ensure balanced workloads and prevent burnout.
- Encourage the appropriate use of Time in Lieu (TIL) and breaks.
Holidays & TIL Management
- Oversee and approve holiday requests, manage time-off balances, and ensure fair use of TIL.
One-to-One Meetings
- Conduct regular individual check-ins with staff to understand their needs, aspirations, and concerns.
Insurance Management
- Ensure all employee insurance policies are up-to-date, including specific coverage for certain roles.
"Green" Policy Development
- Establish and enforce environmentally sustainable policies to promote eco-friendly practices.
Legal Liaison
- Communicate with legal advisors on employment-related matters when necessary.
Professional Development Programme
- Create training, upskilling, and career development opportunities aligned with company goals.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Regularly review company policies to ensure compliance with legal standards, industry regulations, and internal protocols.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a creative or media production environment (preferred).
- Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR compliance.
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a strong network in the creative industry.
- Ability to manage multiple HR programs, from employee wellbeing to professional development.
- Proven ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Knowledge of employment law and insurance policies.
- Passion for sustainability and implementing eco-friendly practices.
